Please note that along with any new application we request that you attach a copy of your ID and should you choose to pay by debit order, we also require a bank statement where your bank information is visible or a cancelled check. In the case of a business connection, we require a letterhead of the business, a copy of the owners ID and a cancelled check or bank statement with the business information visible on the document.
